The Three Sections

• North Star — Your compounding outcome (e.g., Qualified Trials Started).
  
  

• Leading Indicators — Levers you can move this week (e.g., % routed correctly, time‑to‑aha).
  
  

• Health Metrics — Guardrails that prevent Pyrrhic wins (e.g., refund rate, support SLA, CPL).

Rule: If a metric can’t change by Friday, it doesn’t belong here.

How to Use It (Monday → Friday)

• Pick one North Star. Write it in plain English.

• Select 3–5 leading indicators. Must be shippable this week.

• Add 2–3 health metrics. Define acceptable bands.

• Assign owners. Initials next to each lever.

• Update Friday. Record outcomes; decide what changes next week.

Example (filled‑in)

• North Star: % of trials reaching first‑aha in 24h.

• Leading Indicators: % of leads routed correctly; time‑to‑route < 2m; click‑to‑trial on one‑page offer.

• Health: refund rate < 3%; median first response < 2h.
